PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OUR SERVICES. BY ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR USING THE SITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY, WHICH IS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms, and to abide by and comply with these Terms. Your use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

2. Use of the Services

Imdsupply grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to your compliance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law;
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person;
  • Interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any activities conducted on the Site;
  • Bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Site;
  • Use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means or interface not provided by us to access the Site or to extract data;
  • Use the Site to distribute unsolicited promotional or commercial content or other unwanted or mass solicitations;
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site, its original content, features, functionality, and the selection and arrangement thereof, are and will remain the exclusive property of Imdsupply and its licensors. The Site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Imdsupply.

4. News Aggregation, Attribution, and Fair Use

Imdsupply is a news aggregation service. We collect, curate, and summarize news content from a wide variety of third-party sources. We do not create the original news content ourselves.

Attribution: We are committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others. For all aggregated content, we provide clear and prominent attribution to the original source, including the source publication’s name and a direct, hyperlinked URL pointing to the original article on the source’s website. This attribution is provided for the purpose of giving credit to the original creator and directing our users to the source material.

Fair Use Doctrine: Our use of third-party news content is based on the fair use doctrine under United States copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 107). We believe our activities constitute fair use because our use is transformative—we provide summarization and aggregation for informational and educational purposes, we use only limited portions of the original works necessary to convey the factual essence of the story, and our activities do not substitute for or negatively impact the market for the original work. On the contrary, we aim to drive traffic and provide exposure to the original sources.

5. Third-Party Content and Links

The Site contains links to third-party websites, news sources, and services that are not owned or controlled by Imdsupply. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Disclaimer of Accuracy and Liability: Imdsupply acts as an aggregator and does not verify the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content we aggregate from third-party sources. The inclusion of any link or summary does not imply endorsement by Imdsupply. You acknowledge and agree that Imdsupply shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party websites or services. You access and use third-party content and links at your own risk.

6. User-Submitted Content

Certain areas of the Site may allow users to post, submit, or share content, including but not limited to comments, feedback, and suggestions (“User Content”). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant Imdsupply a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Site and our business.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish the User Content and to grant us the license above.

Prohibited User Content: You agree not to post User Content that: (i) is illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive; (ii) infringes any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy; (iii) contains viruses, malware, or other malicious code. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and remove or edit any User Content at our sole discretion.

7. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) – Safe Harbor

Imdsupply respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our Services that are reported to our designated Copyright Agent.

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by submitting a DMCA Notice to our designated agent at:

Email: [email protected]

Your DMCA Notice must include substantially the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material;
  • Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and an email address;
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, we will take whatever action, in our sole discretion, we deem appropriate, which may include removal of the challenged material from the Site. It is our policy to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will cease immediately.
