Imdsupply is a news aggregation service. We collect, curate, and summarize news content from a wide variety of third-party sources. We do not create the original news content ourselves.

Attribution: We are committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others. For all aggregated content, we provide clear and prominent attribution to the original source, including the source publication’s name and a direct, hyperlinked URL pointing to the original article on the source’s website. This attribution is provided for the purpose of giving credit to the original creator and directing our users to the source material.

Fair Use Doctrine: Our use of third-party news content is based on the fair use doctrine under United States copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 107). We believe our activities constitute fair use because our use is transformative—we provide summarization and aggregation for informational and educational purposes, we use only limited portions of the original works necessary to convey the factual essence of the story, and our activities do not substitute for or negatively impact the market for the original work. 6. User-Submitted Content

IMDSUPPLY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

11. Modifications to Terms
